I have not heard of that company. If they set "pre-set appointments" from cold calling, you are probably in for a lot of No-Shows.

Dont deal with any company that doesnt accept credit cards, there is a reason.

True Story - I spoke to an agent this week who said the "Lead Company" required her to deposit cash into their checking account.

Why would anyone do that !? !?

I've posted warnings about sa everywhere I can. The fact that people still use them amazes me.

MA wouldnt be compliant to see from teli leads no matter who the company is.You cannot cold call for MA. The prospect has to initiate contact like with a MA compliant mail piece or a web lead from an MA compliant website,

But either way the prospect has to initiate contact and the advertizing piece has to mention MA and follow all compliance rule

I most who are going to be around a while , You have plenty that are in it and gone after a year or 2, that do all sorts of questionable things
