Did this 80 year old lady have creditable drug coverage on the retiree plan? Probably yes, then, yes, SEP

Yea I realize now why it was an issue in the past because in the past it was a voluntary disenrollment from Retiree due to cost

I was in my 1st few years but was told the main issue was the couple was not actively working

Which in a sense is true they can choose to stop working and get SEP

But the dif here is this lady is losing not of her own choice
