Yeah, I would run that through RNA before you go GI.
Just and aside here, but I often (because of the ease of e-apps these days) want a company to decline questionable underwriting before I swing right over to GI. You will find results you did think quite possible. You are there in front of them, invest the time.

As others have said it may not need to be GI. Pain meds are normally for physical ailments not health ailments. But if you find it truly is GI contact me as the carrier I write with has a true zero question GI available for ages 0-85.
