I don't know if there is any level coverage that can be sold by phone in NY. @NSRH or @JRoot would maybe be able to help you.

I knew it was slim pickin's ... and MOO pulled out a year or two back. I had been with an IMO out of NY when I was first licensed and I remember all their NY agents writing Columbian and Foresters and not much else.
