Ummm, didnt Humana just send us a notice saying they are moving to pro-rated commissions and will be charging back anyone who was paid the full rate earlier this year? I could have read it wrong.?

If you are referring to the email they sent back in June, then you definitely read that wrong

You can't get a chargeback without a disenrollment. CMS does give carriers some latitude on how to pay out commissions, but not that much.
