Texting v Calling

If you have new leads can you text them as well as calling them and be in compliance? I did ask my upline, but the answer was not completely clear to me.

It's a violation of the TCPA unless you have express permission from them regarding the ability to text them. If you're not sure, the answer is definitely no.
