A new T65 enrollee (as of 12/1/2023) is getting hounded every few days by Wellcare to pay his PDP premium when he has proof he already paid. The callers even threaten cancellation. Sigh.
Have your enrollees encountered any similar calls from Wellcare? What do you tell them?
He’s so fed up that he wants to change his PDP.
Could he enroll in a different PDP now because he’s still in IEP? Or would an active DST SEP be a more successful route? (The DST SEP is not directly applicable because he did enroll well after the disaster occurred.)
