I've only had them for a about a year and a half. They have asked about meds from the start on mine.

Not on the app. But the interviewer will ask at the end. Sometimes they even re-ask questions already asked. Then they approve them.

Any other company does a re-ask it's a signal to you that you need to be looking elsewhere.
