It wasn't as bad back in the day as it is now... Seems to have occurred about the time that FEX started up. Not saying that it is their fault but they have been involved in the thick of it since shortly after they began to recruit agents.

Maybe it's because FEX started calling out some orginazations on their "offers" to new agents. Guarantee agents who are fortunate enough to come across the forum will have the knowledge to negotiate much higher contracts then ever before, regardless where they go.

If you're going to recruit here you better be prepared to have your feet held to the fire. That's why many have left to go look for sheep on Craigslist and other vehicles where information is not so accessible.
