20k is 20 months of living like a king in PI or Bali or alot of beautiful countries. Just have to get use to high heat and questionable electric hazards and crappy plumbing. Questionable meat on a stick and no Starbucks

About 3 million dollars. Then they put it on vector, and started litigation.

It cost the agency about 10k to 15k a month in legal fees. They dragged it on for 18 months before they dropped it.

Things can get much much worse. You can fight a company all you want. You just have to be prepared to play with the big boys.

It's amazing what we have to deal with after a carrier screws us over and does so with impunity.

I had a similar battle years ago . . . smaller numbers, but still cost me $50k in legal fees after they cut my legs off on a book that generated 6 figures. I fought them for a year before they threw in the towel and I got nothing.

It can have a long term effect if you let it and make you a bitter person.
