I can think of once maybe twice It was a problem. Most likely it was just a dodge on their part. I don't hard close anyone. I need all of the underwriting info then I need all of the app info. And I give them the quotes.


When I was younger and worked in other phone sales one thing they taught me was Anytime you ask for money no matter how much or personal info, You need to say it naturally as if its nothing it needs to be the most relaxed thing you say

If you believe asking for info will be a big deal then it will be If you don't think its something just part of the process it's easy
