So RNA Essential Life product is Simplified Issue, with no PHI?

It's not simplified issue. Just no paramed up to $250,000 face for ages 0-65. 66-85 there is a parmed for any face amount.
No POS interview with EL and no mandatory phone interview but they may do an interview depending on MIB or Rx hits. Also an APS is a possibility.

How far do they look back? 7 years?

Some things they ask last 5 years. Some things they ask last 10 years and some things they ask ever.
But a yes answer if not a knockout. It's not a yes/no SI application.
