50 Years!!!!!

They don't pay 50-plus percent commission because it's easy!!! LOL.

Right. The companies don’t pay us 120% because it’s easy.

They would pay college students $10/hr to go around and pick up the applications if it were easy.

Then you have the ones that can actually sell but can’t run their own business.

They can’t work for themselves. Tomorrow I will be out in the field. Without anyone telling me to be there.

It has always been interesting to me that people in insurance
sales always say they are going to be in the field.
Like we are driving a tractor, or pickin cotton.

I have heard that term for years.
Nothing wrong with it, just curious how it came about..

You're away from the barracks doing battle! Who gets the dollars?

You in the field on Mondays now, that's a change, didn't that use to be your phone day

No. It’s still my appointment day. But I also deliver policies on Monday for people not in the area I’m going to be working. And referrals the same.

I’m seeing a referral tomorrow that’s nowhere close to where I’ll be the rest of the week.

I don’t know either. When I got into this business it was referred to as field days and office days.
