Direct Mailing Lists

That "intender file" is at best, folks that filled out a survey to win a prize and checked off a box, maybe trying to win a free iPod.

There is a company out of Florida called SRC leads that sells responder leads for around $1 each or something like that and here is a link about them: SRC Leads Complaints, Reviews - Fraud and scam .
If you do a search on here for "SRC" I think you'll find more info about them.

The closest you can probably find to a legitimate list of people interested in final expense that is legitimate would be an aged internet lead list. The other option would be just to get a list of folks 60-75 or so with an income filter and call through that.

Back to the issue of an "intender file", if you were talking about mortgages you can get trigger data which is people who have actually had their credit run in connection with applying for a mortgage and that can be pretty accurate because there is an actual organization (credit bureaus) documenting actual activities, there isn't anything like that for final expense.

Was that helpful?

No problem man, hope it was helpful. There was an agent that came on here and dumped something like $400 on 500 leads or something like that and felt ripped off on a similar type deal.
