For what its worth I put my leads on a credit card when I first started.

Business-minded people don't usually have a problem with it. They understand that there may be investments to make especially when you are first starting.

Credit card is OK as long as you can sell. I wouldn't recommend it for someone trying it out for the first time or without sales experience.
