Dont have LB, but I hear they are similar to Trans. 3 tiered app, ROP, Std and preferred. Takes COPD level along with a host of other issues day 1. Take DE.

AmCon is great, no MIB, no Script check, no ht/wt chart, graded for CHF, no question about home health care. But that all could change in March. They are supposed to be adding a sccript check. And who knows what else.

From what I was told they aren't changing the app. Not 100% sure I believe that but the info I got said they are going to rx check and everything else would be the same. Time will tell.
I would trade a rx check for payment on 45-59 year Olds
