Baseball why are you arguing ? I know 3-4 IMO’s off the top of my head that will give anyone that can fog a window 115% at Snl . We know the spreads are tighter at a Trinity and Snl. Anyone doing any type of 1/2 ass production not shopping IMO’s hard is crazy. Your an independent contractor paying all your own expenses . Most IMO’s do little for the experienced agent and i understand that. But I’ll be dammed if i don’t extract well above street out of any of my up lines.

Just saying your not guaranteed 115%, and comp isn’t everything.
No argument from me . I know a girl killing it at AIL making 70% . She knows what’s out their but loves her team . She needs to be able to go in an office for motivation. I told her she’s at the right place .
