Telesales Persistency

What is the typical persistency rate for telesales final expense?

Are you a "typical" producer, above or below average?

There are folks on this forum who market FE products by phone and enjoy very high close/persistency ratio's.

Others fail miserably . . . and everyone else falls somewhere in between.

This is the long way of saying the answer to your question is "it depends"

Mine is very good. But so is my F2F. However, I a Lone Wolf. Call centers are probably different.

The general consensus here is it is horrible and that F2F guys replace most of the phone sales policies they come across. However, I kinda suspect those same agents replace many F2F policies they come across as well. I would also guess it depends on where the client came from.

Just like F2F, it depends on YOU.

Remember... the same IMOs that were shouting telesales has poor quality of business are the same ones desperately moving into that direction.
