MoOs rates are pretty good, especially if they are a smoker.

But, in my opinion, level coverage trumps all. Even if it is more expensive. So get all the meds and figure out if you can offer him RNA, Aetna or some other company that accepts a lot of difficult meds.

Even if you have to drop the face by a couple of thousand to keep the payment the same, I think it's worth it. And I'm sure his beneficiaries would agree if he dies within the next 2 years.
