It's 60-89, why would anyone write a case for free? Any truth to the rumor they are reworking Aetna's product?

No idea, but they should. Unfortunately they are shooting themselves in the foot. They wanted to get away from so many bad risks, but with their current pricing, all an agent with multiple companies is going to send them is bad risks.
