Sagicor's GUL was hands down the easiest. For me.
Not an FE only guy.
However, UHL's 20 yr ROP is about T4, the RPU at year 20 usually beats a full pay FE plan.I find them easy.
Negatives are their minimum and maximum ages and their max face is something like $200,000.

Manhattan has a SI WL that can be written 0-65 as a life Pay, LPI 65, 20 Pay. Has the simplest telephonic application process you will find. No PHI, no three way call, the signature is simply the mother's maiden name. Commissions not very high as far as FE goes. More in line with ordinary companies.
I only asked because MassMutual's Coverpath is about as easy as you can get but they only do WL on juveniles (term up to age 50).

Then just go with term. No exam, has an e-app, etc. Bout as easy as it gets. I use Pacific, Fidelity, Sagicor and Foresters for that.
