I would have handled it differently. I would have refused to do any future joint work with him and watch him wash out naturally on his own. When I was with NY life, I had 3 instances I went out with agents and I had to fire them from working me again. One of them came 1 hour late with his dog to the fact find. The other one, kept interrupting me and the last agent had more objections then the client( client had one real objection and the agent had 5 objections
