Insured put wrong birth date on beneficiary

Just looking ahead and appreciate any input . I wrote a $6K final expense policy on someone almost 3 years ago. The insured listed his brother as beneficiary but wasn't certain on d.o.b. Policy has been in force for well over 2 .5 years and i just found out he passed away today . He never followed up on providing correct date of birth and just wondering if this will be an "issue" with insurance Co. (Kemper) *His brother's name and of course relationship are correct and he is listed as sole beneficiary of policy

Foresters and Sons of Norway both ask for it. I doubt they'd not issue without it, just an extra means of identification.

Ha, I ask the dob, cell and email and mailing address and if I should send them my contact info.

Hell, they are already giving me enough information to take out a loan I may as well get the skinny on their kids.

I don't see it on Accendo, CLI, GWIC, LBL, LifeShield or Sentinel Security apps.

It’s definitely on the Accendo app. Not required. But they require address. One of the slowest most difficult eApps out there.

I just wrote a sentinel this week. I don’t remember if they asked. It wasn’t required.

I don’t write any of those others.
