Insured put wrong birth date on beneficiary

Just looking ahead and appreciate any input . I wrote a $6K final expense policy on someone almost 3 years ago. The insured listed his brother as beneficiary but wasn't certain on d.o.b. Policy has been in force for well over 2 .5 years and i just found out he passed away today . He never followed up on providing correct date of birth and just wondering if this will be an "issue" with insurance Co. (Kemper) *His brother's name and of course relationship are correct and he is listed as sole beneficiary of policy
 
I don't see it on Accendo, CLI, GWIC, LBL, LifeShield or Sentinel Security apps. :no:

It’s definitely on the Accendo app. Not required. But they require address. One of the slowest most difficult eApps out there.

I just wrote a sentinel this week. I don’t remember if they asked. It wasn’t required.

I don’t write any of those others.
