Insured put wrong birth date on beneficiary

It’s definitely on the Accendo app. Not required. But they require address. One of the slowest most difficult eApps out there.

I just wrote a sentinel this week. I don’t remember if they asked. It wasn’t required.

I don’t write any of those others.

I just looked again and it's not asked on the Accendo app. Maybe the Kentucky app is different from the Illinois app.

You're right. I just did an Accendo app. They didn't ask for the beneficiaries BD. They asked for their SS # and address.
