I was doing well with Van Mueller's questions script:

"But we've done so well the last few years."

"I understand and we sure have had a good run, and if you don't mind, may I ask you a question?"
"Sure"

"Do you think something like what happened in 2000-2003 and 2007-2009 will happen again?"

"Yes."

"Do you want the same thing that happened then to happen again this next time?"

"Well ... No"

"So when do you want to do something about that ... before the market drops 30 to 50% ... or after?"
