Americo app question 9 only asks about stroke. Then question 11 asks if the applicant takes diabetes meds in combination with heart/kidney problems and/or a TIA.

So if they're not diabetic, I think a TIA is ok with Americo.

Problem is if they're taking something like Plavix and it's been refilled in the last year it would be UPIII. Over a year would be UPII. Of course that's normally a prescription that they continue to take daily so that's an issue for writing with Americo.
