SNL using Apptical

Has anyone used apptical for snl where you called in with the insured and did all the data via voice as opposed to inputting data via pc on line with apptical, as is done with prosperity? long time to finish? apptical reads ALL the disclosures,,, in additon to the questions...
( I know snl has the viper app during office hours,,. but for sat, sun,. must use . apptical with no data being inputted on line.. just spoken to apptical,, thoughts?

In all fairness I only did one application and it took like 40 minutes. I have no sample size to report a fair opinion on I just didn’t like it the one time I did it.
