Just to clarify, the new e-app still requires face to face. The only way to do telesales with AmAm is to be setup as a true call center and that business is run under their sister company Pioneer American.

AmAm allows for a true telesales option. You have to record their voice signature and upload it to the application you type in on their portal. You and the client can be in different states. I don’t know if it’s exclusive to certain IMOs or Agencies, but we have access to this specific contract. A true “telesales” app.

AmAm is now allowing for any brick and mortar call center to have a contract for telesales. But they will require minimum production.
