I might still have one of those put up in a box somewhere. The first debit life company I worked for also sold dwelling fire policies. The agents were each issued a Polaroid Land Camera and a box of film. If we wrote up a house, we had to take 2 photos of the exterior from different directions and attach them to the application. They stopped selling property insurance at one point and let us all keep the cameras.

Yeah, my Grandma controlled the tv set when we were at her house on Saturday night. She loved her some LW! But she also let us watch Ed Sullivan any time the Beatles were on.

Mine had a 78 setting, too. I only ever found one record at a swap meet that would play at 16. I think it was a spoken word recording. But I had a nice collection of WWII era ‘78’s (actually still have them!).
