You mean a 100% chargeback. The customer could not clear their second payment and the agent would experience a chargeback.

Well sure, that goes without saying. If it worked the way I was saying it should, at least they wouldn't experience a CB before the policy was even delivered to the client!
 
It's a waste of an agent's time,embarrassing,and unprofessional, to deliver a policy that has gone nsf prior to delivery,just saying,there needs to be a better way.

To quote Wino, you'd didn't break it. Its not your fault they are irresponsible with their money. It would be nice to know going in so you can go ahead and help get it back on track, but there is no need to be embarrassed for others mistakes.

just get a money order for the first payment...and no nsf's!:D
